It’s totally hand hammered and tin-plated by craftmans according to the traditional Turkish-Ottoman copper engraving process which has been used for centuries. Therefore; any visible streak is not to be considered as a defect but the proof of the hand manufacturing. Hand engraved and coated with tin.
Very decorative in your bathroom with the soaps or beauty products in it. It’s stil very common in Turkish baths.
